This all-in-one multivitamin covers essential vitamins. Although it’s four tablets per serving, I’ve rarely caught a common cold since I started taking it; I was exposed to influenza, yet I didn’t develop any symptoms.

Boosts immunity
I have used these tablets for years, particularly during the pandemic, to support my immune system. If I feel a common cold coming on, I take the recommended dose and feel better within days. They are the best tablets I’ve ever tried.

Fights common cold
I took these vitamins based on a recommendation and really like that all the necessary vitamins and minerals are in one pill. I felt much more active and healthy. When I caught a common cold a month ago, I recovered in just two weeks instead of three. I recommend them.
